Credit Cards:
For website orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. For telephone orders, faxed orders, and in-store purchases, we accept Visa and MasterCard.
Checks:
We accept personal and/or corporate checks drawn on United States bank accounts only. Please make checks payable to Wood on Water.
State Sales Tax
A 5% Maine state sales tax is applied to all orders within Maine.
Order Processing
Although our retail location is open seasonally, you may place orders year-round by ordering online or by contacting us directly. We ship most orders within 4-6 weeks upon receipt. Additional day(s) may be required due to custom orders, heightened production schedules, or United States Postal Service holidays. Merchandise credit only for returned items with sales receipts.
Shipping Methods & Destinations
Orders placed through our website are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail to all 50 of the United States. Priority Mail is generally delivered within three business days of the shipment date.
Wood on Water is not responsible for packages stolen or damaged during shipment.
Shipping Rates
We charge a $10.00 shipping fee for each item ordered.
